Specific ncRNA List


Many ncRNAs in NONCODE have some specific characters. These ncRNAs were classified into 9 groups according to the information of whether they were disease related, transcribed from repeats or imprinted domains, stress induced or repressed, or specific to species, sex, tissue, or developmental stage.

Here is the list of these 9 specific groups:
